Service Terms
- All payments made for our services are 100% non-refundable. In the event of duplicate bank payments for the same order, one payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if, after proper assessment, we determine that the product is beyond restoration or treatment.
- The product may not retain its original appearance or color after the standard cleaning process, for which we accept no responsibility.
- Marks such as scratches, cracks, wrinkles, natural stains, or other imperfections may become more visible after cleaning. We are not responsible for such outcomes.
- The stated service timeframe (7–14 business days, in unique cases up to 20 business days) applies under normal working conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as fires, natural disasters, or similar force majeure events.
- For urgent orders, we offer two express options:
- Express Delivery 1 (same-day delivery) – 30% additional charge
- Express Delivery 2 (delivery within 4 business days) – 20% additional charge
- For items collected but not processed (due to non-acceptance of the quoted price), a handling fee of 500 ALL applies. For rework requests on orders older than 3 months, a 500 ALL transport fee applies.
- If you wish to modify your initial request or add additional services while your order is already in process, you must contact E RÈ Studio directly. Acceptance of such requests is subject to our availability.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing stains or damages that cannot be removed.
- In cases involving color change or minor color repairs, slight variations in shade may occur, as exact color matching can be difficult. Our experts make every effort to achieve the closest possible match.
- Prior to delivery, the customer will receive a confirmation call. If the call is not answered or returned within a reasonable time, delivery will not proceed.
- The customer will be contacted twice before delivery. If there is no response, the responsibility to contact E RÈ Studio and arrange delivery lies with the customer.
- If no communication is received from the customer within 2 months, E RÈ Studio reserves the right to handle the product at its discretion to compensate for service costs.
- Customers must check all items for money, jewelry, or valuables before sending them. If valuables are found, we will make every effort to return them, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
- We provide the best possible protective packaging to ensure the safety of your items during transport.
- For items sent via postal service, customers must ensure proper and secure packaging to minimize potential transport damage.
- E RÈ Studio is not responsible for damage that may occur to products unable to withstand standard cleaning procedures due to age, wear, or inherent material defects.
- E RÈ Studio maintains an internal security system to ensure the safety of products within our premises.
- We are not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, discoloration, or damage resulting from inherent material weaknesses.
- While all products are handled with maximum care and attention, due to the chemical and physical nature of leather and other materials, not all items may achieve the desired result and some stains may remain. In such cases, 50% of the final service value will be charged once the service has been performed.
- After delivery, our staff provides guidance on proper care and maintenance to ensure the longevity of the restoration. Failure to follow these recommendations voids any responsibility on our part.
Intellectual Property & Trademark
E RÈ Studio is the owner or authorized user of all intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, names, designs, whether registered or unregistered, and any other proprietary rights owned or licensed by E RÈ Studio.
The use or misuse of E RÈ Studio’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Nothing on this website shall be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any intellectual property.
Returns & Complaints
In the event of complaints submitted within 3 months of order completion, we will collect the product for rework (a transport fee of 500 ALL applies to all returns). If the customer remains dissatisfied, we may issue a refund under reasonable conditions. However, if we have reasonable grounds to defend the quality of our work or if more than 3 months have passed, we reserve the right to politely refuse the refund request.
Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your product in the best possible condition and as quickly as possible. Depending on location and service requirements, delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business weeks. Shipping fees are not included in the service cost unless otherwise stated in the Terms. We also offer international shipping.
